Email support
Start with what happened.
Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and where you got stuck. A short, specific note is more useful than a polished one.

Use the support email for sign-in trouble, missing words, reminder or notification problems, a voice transcription that will not complete, feedback that does not make sense, an accessibility barrier, or any other problem using Idiolect. You can also send general feedback and feature requests.
If the issue concerns a sentence or an AI response, describe the problem without copying private information into the email. A word, screen name, and general explanation are usually enough to begin. We may ask for more detail after we understand the issue.
Privacy and account requests
Write to us about access, correction, export, privacy or account deletion. Use the email address connected to your Idiolect account if you can. We may ask you to complete a verification step before we disclose or delete account data.
Say clearly what you want us to do and which account the request concerns. Do not send your password, a one-time sign-in code, a raw voice file, or copies of private conversations. Our Privacy Policy explains what Idiolect collects, how voice and AI processing work, and what may remain after a deletion request.
App Store billing
Apple processes purchases made in the iPhone app. Idiolect cannot see your full card details, cancel a subscription inside your Apple Account, or approve an App Store refund. You can manage subscriptions in your device's Apple Account settings and ask Apple about charges or refunds through Apple billing support.
Contact us if paid access is missing after a completed purchase or if the app shows the wrong entitlement. Include the product name shown on the receipt and the approximate purchase time, but do not send a full payment-card number.
What to include
A useful support message usually includes:
- The screen or part of the daily loop where the problem occurred.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Idiolect app version.
- Whether the problem happens every time or happened once.
- A screenshot if it helps and does not expose someone else's private information.
Support mail is reviewed directly. We cannot promise a fixed response time, but urgent account-security and privacy matters take priority. Before writing about the legal terms that govern the service, you can also read the Terms of Use.
